Our preferred carrier is Tokyo International Post Office – EMS. If for any reason you would prefer another carrier or have questions about shipping costs, feel free to contact us.
Delivery time dependant on stocks, some highly popular items delivery may be delayed. If time of delivery exceed 1 month, we will inform you by email.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To avoid being dissapointed please read the detailed descriptions carefully, and know your exact measurements.
Things such as colour are described because monitor settings, digital cameras, and lighting make it impossible to always show the true colours. The numbers included in the color description of our products refer to Pantone color chart. Please refer to a Pantone guide if you want to have an idea of final color aspect. Please note that depending of fabric the final color may differ from a Pantone paper guide.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may exchange or return it to us within 10 days of the delivery date of your order for a full refund. It is a requirement that all returns or exchanges must first be approved by BOEGE, so please contact BOEGE at +81-3-4496-6108, before returning any merchandise. It is a requirement that all returns and exchanges be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe delivery. Items must be received in their original condition, all clothing tags attached, and payment receipt included. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned.

Once we receive your item, we will promptly exchange it or issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation from BOEGE as soon as your return or exchange has been processed, and also when your exchanged item has been shipped to you.
Defective items must be returned to us within 3 days of delivery for exchange or refunds.
All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
For all exchange delivery to the customer, BOEGE will cover all shipping expenses.
DUTIES AND TAXES
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. |
